Of nature and monks
There's no better way to go back to your roots than by visiting a forest! Forests were humanity's first food pantry. Since 2014, the monks of Abbaye Val Notre-Dame have promoted edible forest products derived from the territory they inhabit. They gather, process and sell many forest delicacies in their store.
