Our syrups are all made, by our team of enthusiasts, from infusions of flowers and shoots that we have picked in the fields of Val-Notre-Dame Abbey.


Gin and tonic

with our fir syrup

In a large glass pour :

  • 1 oz of gin of your choice
  • ½ oz cranberry juice
  • ½ oz of Monastery Delights fir syrup
  • 75 ml tonic water

Stir, add 3-4 ice cubes and garnish with a slice of lemon with a small fir branch through it.

Aronia sunrise

To make this cocktail, you need :

  • 2 oz of quality tequila
  • 1 oz of aronia syrup Monastery Delights
  • 4 oz orange juice
  • Zest of half a lime
  • 1 slice of orange
  • Ice cream flavour

In the glass of your choice, put some ice cubes with the aronia syrup. In a shaker, pour the tequila, orange juice and lime zest. Shake for about 15 seconds. Pour the contents of the shaker over the ice cubes and syrup, then garnish with a slice of orange. Enjoy!

Gin Samidjoe

In a large glass pour :

  • 1 oz of gin of your choice
  • ½ oz of Monastery Delights monard syrup
  • 60 ml grapefruit juice

Stir it all up. You can also add ice cubes if you wish.

Mint-raspberry mojito

To make this cocktail, you need :

  • 1 oz of Monastery Delights Peppermint Syrup
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 10 fresh raspberries
  • 4-5 fresh mint leaves
  • 5 oz of sparkling water
  • Ice cubes to taste
In a glass, pour the mint syrup, raspberries and fresh mint, using a pestle and mortar, puree the mixture. Add the ice, then pour in the white rum and sparkling water, stir gently with a spoon, add a fresh mint leaf for decoration & enjoy this festive cocktail, ideal for the holidays!

To make this cocktail, you need :

  • 1.5 oz of whiskey
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz of fir syrupMonastery Delights
  • Ice
  • 1 small fresh fir branch (optional)

In a shaker filled with ice cubes, pour the whiskey, lemon juice and fir syrup for about 15 seconds. Pour into an old fashioned glass, add the cherry and the fir branch. Enjoy!
