Maple sugar-based spice and herb blend made with ingredients from Quebec's native soil such as Myrique Baumier and Poivre des Dunes. Our traditional blend is a universal blend that can be used with almost anything.
You will notice that during cooking, our double granulation allows the 100% natural maple sugar to melt evenly to optimize the caramelization of all your dishes.
