The delicious chocolates with a cherry centre are made in the Ateliers de l'Abbaye Val-Notre-Dame from 64% cocoa Belgian chocolate. 

They contain a whole cherry, soaked in alcohol, a mixture of dark chocolate, with a hint of kirsch.
